It is Friday. You are swamped. Everyone else is too so stop griping. Because you are busy, I only have a one question survey for you today. (It is not really a survey, but one question for accountability.)
Can you focus and complete your 3 Strands this week?
If not, then you have a discipline problem. Get help. A lack of focus costs thousands of dollars, if not millions depending on the time frame you want to consider.
And don't forget to have some quiet time before you start work on Monday to confirm how well you and your team did on your weekly 3 Strands and daily W.I.N. (What's Important Now)... and plan your BOLD MOVES for next week!
