Objectives
Individuals know themselves better. This gives them new information to develop yourselves into whom you want to be.
Teams better understand and respect the different behaviors, motivators, and competencies of each other. This increases collaboration, efficiencies, and results.
Phase I: Complete the online survey.
For 30+ years, our partner’s in-house research team and independent validation have confirmed our assessment surveys are the most reliable and accurate tools in the market.
The science behind them uses predictive analytics to provide custom data about each individual. This enables our online surveys to accurately advise participants how to expand their strengths, consider areas for improvement, and work more productively with others.
Complete the online survey. This takes 20-45 minutes for the Dual Perspective, and 30-60 minutes for the Triple Perspective and All-In services.
The report from our online survey is easy-to-understand and engaging. It confirms the human potential of each assessment taker. Participants are amazed at how accurate it is, and motivated to apply what they learn.
Review your report and follow our instructions to highlight statements that best describe how to work with you. This takes 15-30 minutes.
Our online survey reports are accurate, but this step empowers each participant to confirm how they perceive themselves and prefer others work with them to collaboratively be their best.
Provide the three highlighted statements that are “the most important things to remember about me.” This takes 2-5 minutes.
This final step of Phase I communicates at a glance how best to work with the individual.
These three steps complete the online effort for each individual to be assessed. Their report reveals uncanny, but accurate insights about themselves that motivate personal development. Phase II: Your Data is Processed and Aligned
Now we have the data to help your individual players become headlining superstars or amazing role players on your team, fueling your ability to win championships.
It’s our turn to do the work.
Here’s a quick overview of how we organize the data to be easily comprehended by everyone who seeks to gain from it:

Each individual has a Full Talent Assessment Report from your online survey, which you have highlighted to confirm the statements that best describe you.

We manually create M2W Talent Assessment Summaries for each individual. This includes:
a) Key graphics from their report.
b) The statements they confirmed best describing how to work with them.
c) The three statements they selected as “the most important things to remember about me.”

We manually create M2W Catalyst Reports for each individual, emphasizing the data can be applied for positive career and personal life transformation.
The objective is to apply what you learn to focus more on your strengths, develop new habits to overcome any weaknesses, spend more time on work related to your passions, and further develop your soft skills.
The net result is each individual is more connected to work they believe is meaningful, healthy relationships, and results that are significant personally and for their team.
This report includes:
a) Summary of their assessment report conclusions of their most intense behaviors, driving forces, and how developed they are in each of 25 competencies that may or may not be important in their role.
b) Questions the individual can consider to more deeply explore 4-5 of their highlighted statements.
c) Teamwork Tips: We provide proven ways to better engage a player with their specific profile individual and on teams.
d) A conclusion about their strengths, areas for improvement, and where to focus to work effectively with the person.

A cubicle sign to remind people at a glance how best to work them. This one page summary is very popular with our Clients, even for remote team members.

All-In Talent Assessments also include the following at no additional cost:
a) (Optional) Custom Team Balance tables showing how each person’s behaviors and drivers compare, per team, and across your entire organization.
This helps assess where you have gaps per team, and encourages players to respect each other’s differences, so team cohesion, collaboration, and results can be maximized.
b) (Optional) Coached Debrief(s): One of our senior consultant leads one or more debrief meetings on Teams or Zoom, typically with the individual and their manager. Sometimes, it’s a leadership group or small team.
This helps them understand each other’s strengths, areas for improvement, and how to work best with each other. They leave respecting their differences and with a renewed commitment to work productively and respectfully with one another.
c) (Optional) Custom Training(s) to explain in-depth the behavioral and driving force science supporting the assessment tool reports, how to apply what they have learned, and then walk through the key graphs of each individual.
This is led by one of our senior consultants. To date, 99% of attendees agree with our conclusions and are inspired to apply what they have learned. These gatherings are always a great team bonding time. People leave with a better understanding of how to work with each other.
Order Processing
If you are clear on the results you want to achieve and our process, then you can order online, or email us to specify your order and request an invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt.
“Specify your order” means provide the following information:
Type of assessments you want: Dual, Triple, or All-In.
Number of assessments you want, by role (General or Sales).
First and last name, role, and email address of each person who will be completing an assessment.
We typically confirm your order and email the links to each individual the same business day.
