  • No.  Not by itself.  Information and guidance provided as part of our Talent Assessment service should never be used as the sole basis to make a hiring decision or evaluate someone for a position in an organization.

     

    Manage 2 Win Talent Assessments are an important piece of your hiring decision, but your resume review, online research interview workouts, scrimmages, other interactive activities with players trying out for your team, reference check, background check, and more are also important to give you a complete picture.

  • Our Dual Perspective service confirms an individual’s driving forces and the behaviors that result from those motivations. You learn how to appeal to someone’s passions and avoid areas that do not interest them.

     

    For instance, one player on your team may be very motivated to help others because they love to be supportive, whereas another equally capable player only wants to help people who are hard workers.

     

    Our Triple Perspective service goes a step further to help you better understand how to create a self-motivating work environment for yourself and/or others.  It also assesses a player’s maturity in each of 25 work competencies. 

     

    Competencies are a combination of “hard” technical skills, knowledge, and experience that we believe are driven by a person’s “soft” behavioral skills driven by a person’s EQ.

     

    Manage 2 Win Triple Perspective and All-In Talent Assessment services integrate a person’s current emotional intelligence throughout the entire assessment report and recommendations.  The result is increased accuracy, plus a better understanding of where a player can be their best, and do work that is most meaningful to them.

     Our Superstar Profiles define what a headlining superstar or top performing role player in a position behaves, what drives them, and what competencies enable them to perform at a high level.
