#1 - Welcome to the Manage 2 Win Podcast, with David Russell & Jeff Russell
Welcome to our new podcast!
We learned a lot with the No Bad Bosses Podcast and decided we wanted to continue talking to people, learning, and engaging with our audience.
The Manage 2 Win Podcast will follow the same interview format as our previous podcast. However, we will be opening up our theme and focus to allow for a wider variety of guests and topics. The No Bad Bosses podcast focused on leadership and management, hiring and employee issues. We spoke with a lot of leaders in the IT industry and elsewhere.
In this podcast we plan on covering those topics, but we also want to discuss other aspects of life and business that may impact your ability to manage to win.
