#176 – The Passion and Risk That Drive Entrepreneurs (Is This You?)
Leaving a comfortable, well-paying job for a risky startup sounds scary, even if that startup is your lifelong dream. What’s the tipping point that makes this a wise decision?
Join David as he talks with Projjal Ghatak, a superstar employee turned entrepreneur. Projjal founded OnLoop in 2020 to create a category called Collaborative Team Development (CTD). He hates the employee performance review process and wants to reinvent it. Prior to founding OnLoop, Projjal spent three and a half years in strategy roles at Uber, ending up as their Head of Strategy, International Business Development. Before that, he had years of strategy and consulting work, including four years at Accenture after he earned his MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Do you hate something and have a passion to change it, or at least make it better? Are you on that journey now, or contemplating whether to make the leap to becoming an entrepreneur?
Or would you like to spark more of an entrepreneurial spirit within your organization?
Join this podcast to hear the positives and negatives of Projjal’s journey. His insights may help you make a wiser decision about your entrepreneurial pursuits.
