#106 – Jennifer Chapman, Guru Coach for STEM Leaders, Team Members, and College Students
Jennifer Chapman used to be a workaholic, known as the go-to person for getting things done and managing the most difficult clients at a Fortune 500 consulting firm. She thrives in challenging situations, proving to others time and time again that she can be invincible.
Today, Jennifer is the founder of Ambition Leadership, and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified leadership coach, working with STEM leaders, team members, and college students to better understand their emotional intelligence (EQ). She helps them increase their behavioral strengths and eliminate weaknesses so they can blast through any glass ceiling to maximize their personal fulfillment and career advancement.
