Daily LEADERSHIP Tip / Life Is Good

IT IS FRIDAY! A basic part of an Accountability Culture is:

1. Sanctuary time to confirm you achieved yourweekly 3Strands,

2. Reflection on what went well this past week. Can you build on those strengths?

3. Consideration of the week's challenges. How can you limit or eliminate them moving forward?

4. Define your 3Strands for the upcoming week.

Do not forget to hold your people accountable to their 3Strands and/or daily W.I.N. too.

But what about Life is Good? Should your slogan be like one of theirs:

Life is good. Do what you like. Like what you do.

The power of simplicity increases focus, and in this case it reinforces one of the core attributes of a 3Strands Leader: Meaningful work.

Do what you like. Like what you do.

Wouldn't you love to have all your employees feel this way? Just think of how productive they would be.
